June 2024 was a particularly busy month as we helped CBD Core’s purchasers of ​the Astrid apartments through their settlement process.

Pre-Settlement Inspections: A First Look at Their New Homes

On 14th and 15th June, we organised pre-settlement inspections for 54 purchasers and their families and friends. Our team at ​3SixtyCo, working on behalf of our client CBD Core, arranged this event to give everyone an initial look at their new homes.

It was an important moment, filled with anticipation as clients explored their apartments for the first time, imagining their future ​lives there. We were joined by Chad Darke, our building manager for Astrid, who helped welcome and guide the new ​homeowners through their first visit to their new spaces.

Settlement and Key Handover Day: The Final Step

A couple of weeks later, we hosted all 54 purchasers and their families again for the Settlement and Key Handover Day at the Astrid ​Lounge. The atmosphere was positive as each client received their keys, marking the end of the purchasing process.

The Astrid Lounge, with its comfortable setting, was the ideal place for this event. It provided a suitable backdrop as the purchasers ​marked the start of their new chapter.

These events were more than just formalities; they were about coming together and starting new beginnings. Seeing the purchasers ​take the final step towards homeownership was rewarding. We are glad to have been part of this journey.
