Norwest sees a brighter and sustainable future through Norwest Quarter

Lifestyle, Growth and Future – was the theme of the Mulpha event on 30 March 2023 at the most popular venue in the Hills, the Bella Vista Hotel. The event shone the spotlight to Norwest Quarter, a bold, mixed used development that has unique features on sustainability for the environment and community.

Norwest Quarter is the first of its kind in development that aims for a zero carbon living with no carbon emissions. in my view it’s the most progressive Development project in Australia and I’m so proud to work with you all on this Lifestyle Development

Three speakers shared valuable information on the day. Award-winning social researcher Mark McCrindle talked about the ever changing demographics including the current and future trends to the property market. Environmentalist Amanda Jason tackled how to achieve long-term sustainability whilst Mulpha’s very own Marketing and Customer Experience Manager Lisa Smith expressed the journey of how Mulpha evolvedthis ingenious property concept that is now Norwest Quarter.

We thank Ricky Colosimo of Momento Group for the venue – Bella Vista Hotel. Mahdi Majzoub of Castle Hill BMW for providing an amazing prize for two people to take one of the wonderful EV cars down to Hunter Valley for the weekend, accomodation and all! Marwan Rahme of Kanebridge Magazine for his support and giveaways and Pauline Nguyen and Emma Scott of Tiger Purr for their beautifully crafted and home grown Tiger Purr Chai Tea – Yum!

The event was packed with more than 200 attendees. I was very excited to meet new Agents on the day and look to build new relationships and business partners.
